Ms. Balvinder Kumar is a lawyer and received her Bachelor of Law Degree in 1992 and Masters of Law Degree in 1999 from University of Delhi, India. She has been a general law practitioner focusing her practice on commercial law,real estate law, family and civil litigation since 1996.

Balvinder was called to the Bar in Ontario in January 2007 and since then serving the Canadian community in the field of family law, real estate law, immigration law, commercial law, and wills & estate. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association, and Ontario Bar Association.Balvinder has been providing verity of legal services to her clients with an objective to safeguard their legal interests.

Balvinder’s mission is to provide quality legal service to her clients.
She has conducted drop in legal clinics in association with South Asian Legal Clinic of Ontario- SALCO and also works closely on cases referred by legal aid Ontario,Victim Services of Peel, and India Rainbow Community Services of Peel.Balvinder has been instrumental in establishing Toronto Maple Lions Club, Mississauga, a not for profit organization serving the community since 2009.
